By engaging Illuminate Your Travel's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our professional photography and travel documentation services are provided subject to availability and booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your dates. Full payment is due 30 days before your travel date. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance receive a full refund minus processing fees.

3. Photography Rights

You retain full rights to your personal photographs. We may request permission to use select images for marketing purposes, but this is entirely optional and subject to your written consent.

4. Service Delivery

Edited photographs will be delivered within 14-21 business days after your trip conclusion. We provide high-resolution digital files and optional print services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for weather conditions, travel delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
